UF-2000A / UF-4000A / UF-R4000A ist eine neue Stromquelle für Bügellöt-, Heißsiegel-, ACF-Laminierungs- und Heat Staking-Technologien. Sie nutzt eine gepulste Wärmetechnologie, um eine gezielte Erwärmung und präzise Temperatursteuerung für eine Vielzahl von Komponenten bereitzustellen, einschließlich Flex-Schaltungen, Flachbandkabeln, Drähten, SMT-Komponenten, ein- oder zweiseitige Kantenverbinder und Thermokompressionsbonden von Goldbändern.
