NH-3000A Serie Heißsiegelverklebungssystem CH (ehemals MHSB)
Abhängig von Ihrer spezifischen Anwendung sind die NH-3000A Serie Heißsiegelverklebungs-/Heat Staking-Systeme von MIYACHI in zwei Versionen erhältlich – eine Version mit konstanter Wärmetechnologie und eine andere Version mit Impulswärmetechnologie. Die NH-3000A Serie Heißsiegelverklebungsysteme sind voll integrierte Bondsysteme, die Teile mit unserer bewährten konstanten Hitze- oder Impulswärmetechnologie, einem pneumatischen Bondkopf und einer kundenspezifischen Hot-Bar-Thermode verbinden. Der Bondkopf kann eine Kraft von bis zu 750 Newton aufbringen, wodurch er sich ideal für Flex-auf-Leiterplatten- und Flex-auf-LCD-Anwendungen eignet.
