HF-2700A, HF-2500A - Generatore inverter per saldatura a punti ad alta frequenza (precedentemente conosciuto come HF27, HF25)

I controlli presenti sulle saldatrici ad anello chiuso della serie HF-2500A affrontano le sfide della micro giunzione. Le saldature miniaturizzate sono molto sensibili alle piccole fluttuazioni del profilo termico nel processo di saldatura a resistenza. Il surriscaldamento deforma e distrugge i pezzi, mentre un calore inferiore indebolisce il legame per una resa inaccettabile. Per ottenere saldature costanti e affidabili di pezzi piccoli o micro-miniaturizzati, il riscaldamento deve essere controllato con precisione. Ciò richiede un controllo superiore dell'output di energia.
