Single Component Time/Pressure Dispensing
Time/pressure dispensing lets you dispense a wide range of liquid or paste materials by using a dispensing controller to apply a pulse of air pressure to the top of a syringe (dispensing barrel) which forces the liquid inside the syringe out through a needle or nozzle.
The following additional dispensing methods are also available:
AMADA WELD TECH offers two dispensing processes:
- A basic benchtop controller is usually combined with a filled syringe for manual dispensing. This is a relatively simple solution for most single-component fluids, where time and air pressure determine the quantity of material that needs to be dispensed.
- Depending on your production volume, a valve system with a large material pressure container may be an alternative. This provides speedy production and consistency.
