Video Heat Staking System
This video shows a Heat Staking System where the plastic is deformed by heating the plastic above its glass-transition temperature and applying pressure to achieve a well-defined compression of the material. By using temperature, the range of staking applications can be extended to a broader spectrum of thermoplastic materials such as glass-filled plastics.
