UF-2000A / UF-4000A / UF-R4000A è un nuovo generatore per le tecnologie di brasatura a rifusione Hot Bar, Sigillatura a caldo, laminazione ACF e ribaditura a caldo. Sfrutta la tecnologia a calore pulsato per fornire un riscaldamento mirato e un controllo preciso di temperatura per una varietà di componenti, tra cui circuiti flessibili, cavi a nastro, fili, componenti SMT, connettori single o dual-sided edge e il bonding a termocompressione di nastri dorati.
