TL-80B, TL-180B Series Thinline Weld Heads (formerly known as 80, 180 series)
AMADA WELD TECH's TL-80B and TL-180B SeriesThin-Line weld heads for spot welding applications are precision, low inertia, force-fired heads with narrow vertical profiles which exert 1.1 N – 178 N of force (80 Series) or 22 N – 445 N of force (180 Series).
The TL-80B and TL-180B Series weld heads are suited to a wide range of applications including the spot welding of batteries and the welding of battery tabs as well as medical device manufacturing and electronic component welding.
The Thinline Series weld heads are compatible with most of AMADA WELD TECH's resistance spot welders.
